LW-550 synchronous laser welding machine

The principle of laser welding is that two types of plastics are clamped together under low pressure, and the laser beam is focused on two types of polymer products. One type of polymer plastic product is transparent to near-infrared laser, while the other type of plastic product absorbs the laser. The plastic that absorbs the laser energy converts the light energy into heat energy, which melts at the contact surface of the plastic. At the same time, the heat is also conducted to the surface of the plastic that transmits near-infrared light, forming a melting zone.Under the action of clamping force, molecular mixing occurs in the melting area, which forms a weld seam after cooling.
