LP-8000 plastic laser punching machine

LP-8000 laser pitching machine is the use of wavelength of 10.6µm high power sealing type carbon dioxide laser as the processing light source, its peak power can reach 885W, and with a large area of the 3D dynamic focusing mirror, with high pitching efficiency, as well as processing high precision characteristics, suitable for automotive interior parts (such as door panels, glove box cover and instrument panel)punching processing.

1、Using hich-power pulsed COz laser（radio frequency tube),with 3D dynamic focusing scanner, the processing format can reach 450mmx450mm
2、After the scanner with a 30mm spot incident is matched with a 3x beam expansion, the minimum focal spot can reach 0.1mm
3、Using high-speed scanner, under the condition of 60% duty cycle output, the fastest processing speed can reach 5000mm/s
