Vibratory friction welding machine principle: Vibratory welding is a friction welding process during which the parts to be welded rub together under pressure until the friction and shear heat generated on the contact surfaces reaches a fully molten state. When the set weld depth is reached, the relative motion stops and the weld is cooled and solidified in the holding pressure phase. This machine is particularly suitable for thermoplastic materials, including amorphous resins such as ABS/PC, PVC, PMMA and PES; semi-crystalline resins such as HDRE, PA, PP, TPO, etc. The vibration friction welding machine can be used for joining automotive components such as air intake manifolds, instrument panels, taillights, bumpers, etc.; and for aerospace applications such as HVAC ducts, interior lights and storage boxes, etc.
