Features:

(4)Ultrasonic welding requires less pressure and less than 10% deformation compared to other pressure welding, while cold pressure welding has a workpiece deformation of 40%-90%.
(5)Ultrasonic welding does not require pre-treatment of the surface to be welded and post-treatment after welding like other welding.
(6)Handling ultrasonic welding does not require external factors such as flux, metal filler, external heating, etc.
(7)Ultrasonic welding reduces the temperature effect of the material (the temperature of the weld zone does not exceed 50% of the melting temperature of the metal to be welded) and thus does not change the structure of the metal, which makes it very suitable for soldering applications in the electronics field.
Advantages:
High fusion strength; close to the cold state processing, the workpiece does not anneal, no oxidation traces; good conductivity after welding, low or near-zero resistance coefficient; low requirements on the surface of the weld metal, oxidation or plating can be welded; welding time is short, do not need any flux, gas, solder. Welding without sparks, environmental protection and safety.
Disadvantages:
The metal parts to be welded must not be too thick and the Welding point must not be too large to be pressurized.
