1.The product to be vibratory friction welding is fixed on the tool (nest,fixture) and the nest is mounted on top of the vibratory friction machine.
2.After installing the tool, please ask the professional technician to adjust some vibration parameters of the vibration according to the welding requirements of the product. (e.g. frequency, amplitude, time, direction of vibration of the tool, etc.)
3.After adjusting the vibration parameters, the products to be welded (two splits), are put into the corresponding upper and lower tools, the upper half of the product is put into the upper tool, and the lower half of the product is put into the tool.
